Frequently asked questions
How fast will I see candidates?
We reply to every request within one working day. Once the role is clear, we publish it to engineers whose skills match and send you a shortlist of the ones who applied and fit.
How do you screen engineers?
Two steps. A screener reviews the profile, work history and skills. Engineers who pass have a short live call where we assess English, communication and verify their key skills. Only approved engineers can apply to roles.
What does it cost?
The engineer sets their own hourly rate. Our fee is 35% on top of it, and you see both numbers on every candidate. There is no fee to post a request, review a shortlist or interview.
Where are your engineers based?
Anywhere. Every profile shows the engineer’s country and time zone, so you can choose the overlap that suits your team.
Who do I sign a contract with?
With Talfair. We contract with you and, separately, with the engineer, and invoice you monthly for the hours worked.
