Talfair connects companies with screened software engineers. Every engineer on our bench passed a profile review and a live call with a senior engineer before any client sees them.
We started Talfair inside Zuccotech, where we had already worked with a large group of strong engineers who wanted long-term work with international teams. The bench starts with them, and grows only through the same screening.
What we believe
- Screening is the product. A person screens every engineer. English and communication are assessed live, not self-reported.
- Prices should be visible. The engineer sets their rate. We add one published fee. Both sides see the same three numbers.
- Nobody waits in silence. Engineers always see where they stand and which roles match them.
How we work with you
You tell us the role. We publish it to matching engineers, shortlist the ones who apply and fit, and send you their profiles with full pricing. You interview and choose. We contract with both sides and invoice monthly.
